IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide desktop and server support
  • Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager 
  • Provide assistance as required to the IT Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or Network Computing or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ hands-on IT Support experience as IT administrator / IT Support / IT helpdesk
  • 3+ years' experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 20xx, Linux etc.
  • Proven skills in PC and Server troubleshooting and deployment.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
  • Windows Server 20xx certification will be added advantage
  • Advanced application support experience including support for Microsoft Office, WebEx etc.
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
