Head, Pricing Office

 

·         Lead, manage and supervise a team of Pricing Specialists for a coordinated pricing and quoting approach suitable for each Business Unit; conduct performance appraisal of pricing specialists and oversee their training and development measures

·         Enable the development of pricing strategies and programs implementation of global Business Units; implement new pricing initiatives, programs, tools & process rollout or improvement in alignment with HQ's Pricing Office; align with other regions on consistent pricing approach for cross- region business.

·         Install efficient, standardized processes, methods and tools to facilitate fast reaction to customers' price requests, transparency, simplified communication/analysis of price relevant business data, action and support on new opportunities and programs from marketing and sales

·         Provide analysis and KPI reports for reviews and round table meetings, conduct quarterly or half-yearly reviews with regional Sales & Marketing Heads in Asia Pacific (including Greater China)

·         Manage price line setting through the alignment between pricing specialists and regional marketing to define regional price-lines and price limits for consistent quotes to customers; provide effective and efficient VPA management; ensure sales use IFX pricing tool for quotations

·         Perform regular controls and checks to ensure compliance to Company's pricing process; support HQ's Pricing Office on User-Acceptance Test/Regression Test for new IT features; review and provide feedback on APAC requirements for implementation of new tools/process or improvement of existing ones

·         Develop pricing -related reporting and provide analytics support to facilitate tactical pricing decisions and broad pricing strategy implementations; align with PO HQ on standardization of reports 

·         Roll out regional or global distribution pricing concepts/programs in APAC and ensure distribution KPI targets are met; support pricing & backlog management of new distributors and termination of existing distributors/distributor entity & term change to ensure business continuity 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

·         Degree in Engineering/IT/Business Administration/ Accountancy or other related disciplines

·         At least 10 years of Pricing Management experience from related semiconductor industries

·         Good knowledge of SAPCRM tool

·         Proven track record in leading diverse teams

·         Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation
