Senior Executive/Manager – Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Key role of a team accountable for the company marketing function, mostly but not limited to focusing on the Technical aspect; to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  • Involve in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company when necessary.
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors in order to develop and growth the business
  •  Involvement in planning and ensure successful execution of regional or sub-regional marketing campaigns and related initiatives, including exhibitions, events, seminar, 3rd party collaborations and other discrete marketing efforts
  • Participating in development of company marketing and communications channel/materials, sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels, ensuring team (and management as appropriate) is continually updated including successes, issues, concerns or feedback.

Skills Requirements :

  • Educated to min Degree level in Marketing, Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Must have experience of handling budgets.
